Biography
I am an ordinand in the Church of England, training for ministry at Westcott House, Cambridge. After completing a BA in Theology at York St John University, I worked for three years at York St John Students’ Union as a governance clerk before entering ministerial training. I am a Third Order Anglican Fransciscan.
I have completed an MA in Theology, Ministry and Mission, for which my Dissertation was entitled Easter Egg: A Christological Engagement with Video Games. In it, I constructed a new theological framework for engaging with video games and gaming, based on Jeremy Begbie’s christological theology of the arts and George Lindbeck’s regulae fidei understanding of the faith-experience interation.
I am also a member of the International Acadamy for the Study of Games and Religion.
